This theme emphasizes the importance of maintaining human judgment, ethical leadership, and capability transformation in AI-supported ecosystems.

• Capability & Workforce Transformation
  • Future-ready workforce development, competency frameworks, and organizational capability maturity.

  • Project governance models, benefit realization management, and policy-driven portfolio management.
• AI as Support for Human Decision-Making
  • AI-enabled analytics, predictive risk mitigation, and digital technologies for project decision support.

Submission Guidelines

Submitted papers must be original and not under review or published elsewhere. The following paper categories are welcome.

• Manuscripts must follow the official template (Template Article Prosight).
• Maximum 6-8 pages.
• Language: English.
• Review process: Double-blind peer review (no author identity in the manuscript).
• Similarity index must be within an acceptable academic threshold.
• The paper topic must align with one of the conference sub-themes.

The conference will be held in Bali, Indonesia.
